How to Complete the Buyer Post Form

Once you Become a NofB Member, you can use the Sales Transactor to post products/services that you want to immediately purchase.

To create your purchasing request -

  1. Briefly title the request in the Title Box.

  2. Describe the purchase request in the Description Box. Specify if order is Immediate or in Stages. Described desired Volume or Quantity. Request Pricing.

  3. Select a category from our Category Product/Service Supplier Listings and enter the Category in the Category Box.

  4. Drill Down and select products/services which correspond to your needs and enter only the products/services that you presently want to purchase in the products/services box. We match product/service names, so it's important to check the Category Products/Services Supplier Listings to ensure we have it in our database. If you don't find the product or service, place the product/service name in the box and notify us to add it into our database. Click Here for the Add Products/Services Form.

  5. Enter the Location where you want Products Delivered or Services Rendered.

  6. Cancellation Date of Order if not filled. You must cancel posting immediately when filled.

  7. The Sales Transactor notifies all qualified Suppliers, however, you can list companies that you don't want to contact. Enter these Business Names in the Do Not Contact Box.

  8. We enter the Live Video Connector Icon on your Buyer Posting Form, which enables you to be instantly video connected. Check the Yes or No Box to approve.

  9. To make Changes to Form, check the Change Box.

  10. To Publish the Buyer Posting Form, check the Box.
